Open & Operate an Outreach Community Center that would be just that: A Center within the Mon Valley Community that Outreaches to ALL ages, backgrounds, national origin, etc. Giving a safe & beneficial place to come play, learn, converse, make friends, & grow to all who may enter. Making a Better Tomorrow not only within our Community but More Importantly those who step through our Open Doors!
